Patrick Krief, things to do in Fernie

Every month, Fernie’s calendar of events is packed to the edges with the fresh and interesting events of all shapes and sizes – from concerts, to film screenings, to sporting events, and everything in between. The coming November is no exception to that rule, as our beautiful corner of British Columbia will host a long procession of events that are all very much worth checking out.
 
Without further ado, here are three events we recommend attending  in Fernie this November!
 

Fernie Ghostriders Home Games | All Month Long

 
Over the course of the month, Fernie’s talented KIJHL junior hockey team has five home games scheduled. The first will occur on the the 4th and see team take on the Columbia Valley Rockies. The second will go down on the 10th, and will pit the team against Golden, BC’s Rockets. The third is scheduled the 12th, when the team will take on the the Columbia Valley Rockies. The next will go down on the 19th, and will see the team take on the Golden Rockets for a second time. The fifth and final home game of the month will pit the team against the Kimberley Dynamiters on the 26th. Tickets cost just $10 for adults and $5 for seniors and students.
 

Krief | November 10

 
On November 10, Montreal-based artist Patrick Krief scheduled for a stop in Fernie. Known for his emotionally-charged music and lyrics, Krief will be taking the stage at The Arts Station at 8:00pm. Tickets cost just $20 for adults and $14 for youth.
 

Fall Craft Fair at Fernie Community Centre | November 25-26

 
On the weekend of November 25 and 26, head over to the Fernie Community Centre to explore an awesome, holiday craft fair. Featuring hundreds of beautiful products from dozens of artisan vendors, this event is the perfect opportunity to get a jump on your Christmas shopping! Entry is by donation!
