Ring In The New Year In Fernie

Getting out to explore all that Fernie has to offer is always a good time, but on New Year's Eve, there is an exceptionally large amount of options. If you’re going to be in the area on New Year's Eve and have yet to formulate a plan, Here are some events to consider.

NYE with The Carbons at the Fernie Hotel & Pub

Do you love live music and a non-stop party? If so, this New Year’s Eve bash may be for you. Vancouver’s The Carbons will hit the stage and DJ Jim Paul will also be spinning some tunes. Tickets are $20 and include a champagne toast and table snacks at midnight.

New Year’s Eve Party at the Griz Bar

Fernie Alpine Resort’s Griz Bar will be ringing in the new year with live music and, of course, plenty of refreshments. Doors open at 8 pm. The live music is set to start at 9 pm and the last call will be at 1 am. Tickets will go on sale in early December and will include entry to the event and a midnight toast. 

Cirque Restaurant’s New Year’s Eve Dinner & Dance

Dine on a spectacular four-course meal and then work it off with an evening of dancing. A DJ will be on hand to keep the party going and a vodka ice bar is sure to delight adult attendees. The restaurant’s patio is also a wonderful viewing spot for the evening’s fireworks. Tickets for this night out are $125 for adults and $75 for children 6 to 12.

NYE Dinner at Infinitea

If you’re looking for something a little more casual, you might want to check out the celebration at Infinitea. For $35 you get a glass of sparkling wine, a main dish (of your choosing) and either an appetizer or dessert.
