Let The Kiddos Get Their Boogie On At Sass & Sparkle

If you have a tiny dancer who’s absolutely bursting with energy, you may be at a loss for how to keep him or her busy. The Sass & Sparkle Kids Dance Workshop is the ideal place to let your little twinkle toes boogie the day away. The workshop is open to all children ages 5 to 10. No dance experience is necessary - just a willingness to twist, spin, whirl, and have a lot of fun.

Put on by the Heart and Soul Dance and Theatre Collective Team, this is a one time workshop, which is a great opportunity for those who don’t have time to get to dance classes every week. The cost per dancer is $79 and includes entry to the 3-hour workshop, a costume, a performance, and a party.

Dancers will be grouped by experience level. This way beginners can feel confident that they’re among others who are just learning and more experienced dancers can feel that they’re adding to the skills they already have. 

Of course, to fully appreciate the arts you need a well-rounded experience; in addition to dance, the day will also include some drama, visual arts, and crafts. At the end of the workshop, family and friends are invited to come in and enjoy original performances by the students. The activity concludes with a special wrap party for the entire cast featuring every dancer’s favourite snack ...cupcakes. Dancers even get to take home their costumes and accessories to remember the special day.
