“The TransRockies was a great success thanks to your support.

Retailers in the downtown reported their two busiest days of the year and the energy in town was amazing.

The time trial held people in the downtown all day, the Kids Bike Rally was a success and the riders loved the trails.  Stage 2 start saw the Studabaker lead the riders through the downtown on a beautiful sunny morning.  Fernie was well represented with many placing near the top of their category.

The TransRockies owners have already committed to Fernie for the 10th anniversary year!”

The Stanford Fernie Resort would like to congratulate all the riders and volunteers for their hard work and dedication to making this event a success. Also a big thank you to everyone who came out and cheered at the Fernie stages, showcasing the passion this town has for the sport. We look forward to seeing everyone back again for next year, with what promises to be one heck of a 10^th anniversary race!
