This holiday season, bring your whole family and ring in 2009 at Fernie's top ranked Family Hotel in the Rockies!  The Stanford Resort is hosting a family fun Fernie New Year’s Eve Celebration - perfect for even the little ones!

After an exhilarating day on the Fernie Alpine Resort ski slopes, relax and join us at our New Year’s in the Rockies Event for dinner, games, movies and much more!

If you like authentic East Indian food you won’t want to miss our delicious buffet dinner at the Mountain Tandoor.  We will be offering a selection of traditional dishes such as butter chicken and vegetable korma along with fresh hot naan bread for the whole family to enjoy. 

We will also be hosting a Family Fun Pizza Party Buffet in our Garden Restaurant.  There will be loads of fresh pizza, chicken fingers, fries, and not to mention the assortment of delectable desserts! The Buffet Dinners at the Stanford Resort Fernie Hotel will be served between 5:00pm and 10:00pm on Dec 31st.

Besides the great food, there will be Christmas movies on our large flat screen TV, as well as ping pong and fooz ball for everyone to play. Don’t forget to also gather around our outdoor fire-pit to roast marshmallows against one of the Canadian Rockies most impressive backdrops!

And, for the parents - since we know you all deserve a toast of your own - the bar will be open to ring in the New Year.  There are no reservations required for this exciting family New Year’s Party at the Stanford Fernie Resort - just bring your camera to capture all the action!
